HISTORY
The company is a family owned business and was founded by the Lapaj Family over 20 years ago. Its expertise stems from the manufacturing business as the family formally was involved in shoe soles manufacturing business until the sale of the business in 2006. Since then the founders have embarked on the development of the capital group which today mainly concentrates its business on the services in the commercial real estate investments in the hospitality sector. At present the company goes back to its origins and looks to manufacturing crafted beer in the FMCG sector.

From our modest beginnings 20 years ago as a small trading business and then
a small shoe shop in our home town, we have established
an extensive operations infrastructure, that stems from manufacturing business currently brewing company, developing hotels and resorts
as well as deploying our surplus proceeds on the capital markets, accumulated comprehensive commercial expertise throughout the region.
Applying our vast experience in the sectors we are invovled, we’ve used our expertise and business infrastructure to diversify into new branches

REAL ESTATE
The primary business of the company is to develop, manage and own hotels and resorts. The company owns at present two upscale 4 * Hotels SPA Resorts in Poland.Hotel Villa Verde Congress and and SPA 4* is the facility with 170 units and 500 beds. Hotel Verde Montana Wellness and SPA 4* is the facility located in the city center of primary SPA resort destination in the western Poland. The hotel with 140 units and 400 beds has SPA & Aqua Centre amenities, congress and conference Halls for up to the 400 guests as well as restaurant and bars premises. Jan’s Brewery Co. this the most recent venture of our family office. It Is a fully owned subsidiary of Lapaj Group . Its main objective is to produce high quality end products for both export and domestic markets.
